An incitement case against Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria was on Wednesday postponed after it emerged that the lawmaker could not be present in court.Milimani Law Courts Senior Principal Magistrate Kennedy Cheruiyot pushed the case to February next year in order to enable Kuria to attend to his sick child.Through his lawyer, Kuria sought for the adjournment in order to take his child to the hospital.The prosecution team did not oppose the court order but instead affirmed that they had enough witnesses to testify in the court case.Kuria is facing incitement charges for making sentiments that were 'desirable to cause death and physical injury to specific individuals’.Kuria has since denied the charges.He is also facing charges of inciting a group of youth to attack politicians opposed to National Youth Service (NYS) projects.He is out on a Sh2 million cash bail.
