[Photo/sde.co.ke]Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has called for the arrest of Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino.This is after Owino is reported to have allegedly insulted President Uhuru Kenyatta during a NASA rally in Nairobi on Sunday, September 24, 2017.But in his defence, the Vocal ODM lawmaker has said he did not mention any president's name in his address."We have so many presidents in Kenya,from the President of sonu to all presidents of students union in Kenya,President of the Supreme Court,President of Youth senate and many more," said Owino in a Facebook post, Monday.He aded, "Lastly in law calling someone a mtoto wa umbwa(a puppy) is not an abuse."However, Kuria has threatened to take action if the relevant agents will not have arrested Owino by Tuesday."Ndegwa Muhoro, Joseph Boinnett,Francis Ole Kaparo, Keriako Tobiko,I still hold you in high regard. The cell number 4 at Pangani which has hosted me frequently is waiting for Babu Owino.
