Motorists using the Nakuru-Eldoret highway have been cautioned to be extra careful this festive season.
This came as seven people perished on December 9 at the notorious Salgaa stretch.
Molo Base Commander Moses Nderitu, said drivers are supposed to concentrate on the road and adhere to traffic rules.
He spoke at the scene of the Saturday accident.
"The driver of the Probox did not take precaution before overtaking the vehicle ahead of him and this might have caused the accident," Nderitu said.
He said that roafs will see an increased number of motorists and passengers, and there is need for all to take of their lives.
