Motorists along the Mai Mahiu-Limuru road were on Sunday stuck in traffic for hours after an accident that saw the road blocked.

Traffic build up to 20 Kilometres after a trailer lost control and landed into a ditch.

The incident, near the Italian Catholic Church, a few kilometres from Mai Mahiu Town saw other vehicles unable to pass through.
