Bomet Governor as urged the opposition to act with speed and agree on who will be the flag bearer of the highly anticipated National Super Alliance (NASA).
Ruto who spoke during his prayer rally held at Bomet stadium Sunday, said they were waiting on the opposition leaders' decision so that they can get a way forward.
"I agree with these leaders here today. Please agree, give us a presidential candidate and show us the way forward," he said.
Ruto said the Jubilee administration had failed in its mandate and does not deserve another chance.
He insisted that their community was neglected despite having their own as the Deputy President.
"Tell me which governments have not had Kalenjins and Kikuyus as leaders? From 1963, we have been in all these governments yet we have been neglected all this time," he said.
