Machakos Women Representative Susan Musyoka has lauded President Uhuru Kenyatta for his move to expose leaders implicated in corruption allegations, and asked him to make the list inclusive.
Musyoka urged the president to be firm in the fight against corruption as it was one way through which terrorists are seeing their way into the country.
“We don’t have peace because corrupt leaders are the ones letting terrorists in the country. Why don't these corrupt leaders be exposed and be asked to leave office?” Musyoka posed.
Speaking to journalists in Machakos, Musyoka added that what happened in Garissa should not make the President forget the names he released of leaders implicated in corruption.
She further challenged the president to release the whole list of the people implicated in corruption arguing that the already released report is not inclusive.
President Uhuru Kenyatta released a list of state officials implicated in corruption allegations handed to him by EACC, which was termed as the 'List of Shame'.
