Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria says the controversies surrounding Deputy President (DP) William Ruto on allegations of corruption are all political schemes hatched by the opposition, CORD.
Kuria noted that the schemes are aimed at tarnishing Ruto's public image and eventually turn the public against him.
"Raila is not about to forgive William Ruto anytime soon because he is the reason he did not become President in 2013. They started with the issues of tribalism, they came to dialogue, Okoa Kenya and now it is all about the DP," said Kuria.
The MP, who was speaking at a church function in Mundoro, Gatundu South on Sunday sensationally claimed that the opposition has been sending emissaries to the President asking him to form a government of national unity.
"They have been proposing to the President to get rid of William Ruto and form a grand-coalition government. Now that it has failed, they want to use all means to bring Ruto down," said the controversial MP.
Kuria said that Uhuru's government is committed to the fight against corruption and no one will be spared if found culpable.
