Bonchari MP John Oroo Oyioka has said no case of corruption will be tolerated in the CDF office under his leadership.

The lawmaker said the new officials appointed to serve in the CDF offices should not copy the bad example from the previous officials who were corrupt.

“Former MP allowed CDF officials to engage in massive corruption and this derailed development. Corrupt officials won’t have room in my tenure. Any official appointed should serve the people with integrity and transparency,” he said.

He said youths should apply for tenders in the constituency.

“Youths from the constituency will be given a top priority when giving out tenders. No cartel will be allowed to interfere with tenders as it happened when the former MP was in office,” said the legislator.

Oyioka added there is no bad blood between him and former MP John Opore but they only differ politically.

He said he will reach out to those who didn’t vote for him on August 8 for accelerated development in the constituency.
