Kuresoi South MP Zakayo Cheruiyot was on Tuesday chased away from a polling station by angry residents .
According to the Star, screams filled the area as soon as the MP arrived at Baraget polling station to cast his vote.
"Two police officers guarding the station were overpowered when locals shouted at him to get out," John Sang said.
However, Cheruiyot denied being chased out of the station.
