According to the legislator, the county assembly allocated over Sh500 million to the office of the governor and allocating less money to development projects.

“The county should ensure that they allocate more funds to development issues unlike the expenditure that is being allocated to the office of the governor,” he added.

Speaking while donating foodstuff to Nubi Community in Nyanchwa area on Tuesday the legislator accused the governor of not giving good guidance to the members of county assembly on matters of development.

The legislator though called upon the county government to ensure that they give education bursaries to the needy in the community to ensure that they prosper in their education.

“Let the Sh10 billion budgets be utilised well and ensure the county gets a facelift in the few years the governor is in office,” he added.
