Nyaribari Chache MP Richard Tong'i has said that he has done his best as the area lawmaker since he took office three years ago.
Tong'i has said that he continues to push for the area development despite efforts by his opponents to tarnish his name.
"Since I took office, I can brag that I have done enough for my people.The projects that have been initiated under my watch puts me in a better position in terms of development, unlike leaders who came before," said Tong'i.
The lawmaker further urged his constituents to re-elect him for another term in order to complete ongoing projects.
"I request you to support me in 2017 so that I can continue serving you. I am proud and will not forget the support you offered me in the last elections", he added.
The legislator who was speaking during a funeral service at Riang'ombe enene in Kigoro Ward, acknowledged that holding a public office is not an easy thing.
