Oyiokahas said that his meeting with Jubilee leaders does not mean he has joined Jubilee.

“I want to clarify that I have not joined Jubilee as claimed by a section of constituents who are being pushed by my opponents. I have been attending Jubilee meetings for the sake of developing Bonchari,” he said.

Oyioka called on his political rivals to concentrate on constructive politics.

"It is worrying that my opponents are the same people spreading propaganda that I have joined Jubilee instead of telling the people what they have in store ahead of 2022 politics after they lost in 2017. Constructive politics will help in developing Bonchari to improve the lives of our people,” he added.

He said that residents will not regret electing him as the area MP.

“Bonchari has been left behind in terms of development in the last 15 years but I will do everything possible to develop the region in my next five years in office,” said Oroo.

Oroo promised to utilize the available resources to bring development in the region.

“Wastage of public funds will be a past tense in Bonchari throughout my tenure and no cartel will be allowed to interfere with CDF funds,” he noted.
