According to him, the government should provide help since the schools need millions of money for reconstruction something that is not an easy task for them.

Addressing the press in his constituency, Opore said it is difficult for the parents to build the dormitories if the government come not to their aid.

“I am asking the government through the ministry of education to please change its law and provide help in the construction of Iterio school dormitories,” said Opore.

On Monday the education cabinet secretary Dr Fred Matiang’i vowed that the government will teach students their responsibilities by not using its resources in the construction of school dormitories that get burned or otherwise students to get study under the trees.
