Kitutu Chache South Member of Parliament Richard Onyonka has said national government is going to tarmac 60 kilometers of roads in every constituency in Kisii County.

Speaking on Tuesday night during the interview on Radio Citizen Onyonka said in Kisii County there are nine constituencies and each is going to get 60 kilometers of tarmac roads.

“President Uhuru Kenyatta is coming to Kisii this August to launch the construction of those roads in the county and that is the development we need from the national government,” Onyonka said.

The legislature noted that President Kenyatta will get 70 per cent of votes from Kisii county come 2017 after he completes the constructions of those roads.

“In 2013 general election Kenyatta garnered 25% votes from Gusii region but in 2017 there is a great change for Kenyatta and he will get more votes,” added Onyonka.

He also challenged Kisii community to support Jubilee government for more benefit more so development projects.
