Nakuru Town West MP has vowed to move to court to stop the vetting of ten Nauru County Executive Committee nominees.
The legislator said he has asked lawyer Juma Matunda to file a petition at the High Court in Nakuru on Monday under certificate of urgency.
Arama accused Governor Lee Kinyanjui of forming a cabinet that is not inclusive.
He said it was unfair for the Governor not to give a cabinet position to Kisiis, Luhyas and Luos.
Arama added that during the Kisii delegation to State House in Nakuru, the governor promised to award Kisiis a CS position but he has not kept the promise.
Kinyanjui said the list he unveiled was in Nakuru's best interests and promised to consider more tribes for remaining positions.
