Nyaribari Chache member of Parliament Richard Tong'i has called upon NASA's flag bearer Raila Odinga to end the current political stalemate by either participating in upcoming October 26th elections or step out of the race.

The legislator accused Raila Odinga of gagging the country and said he wasn't ready for the elections and therefore president Uhuru Kenyatta should be sworn in for his second term.

"Raila's big aim is to fuel chaos by not participating in the upcoming October elections so that he can easily play boardroom politics and get a coalition government," said Tong'i.

The MP however assured of the locals that the country is on safe hands of Uhuru and called upon them not to boycott any elections.

This comes at a times jubilee government have been pushing hard Raila Odinga to participate in upcoming presidential elections as Raila and his brigade keep on pushing for reforms at IEBC. 

The MP was speaking while at a fundraiser at his constituency on Monday.
