The lawmaker said the new classes will be used with form ones who joined the school this year.
"My dream of investing in education is ongoing. Learners and teachers deserve a better learning environment to achieve good performance, in national and internal exams" he said.
He promised to launch a program to motivate learners and teachers across the constituency.
"Soon I will roll out a program to motivate learners and teachers to help boost performance in national exams, " he added.
He challenged students to work hard to excel in future exams.
