Aspiring gubernatorial candidate Oyugi Magwanga believes incumbent Governor Cyprian Awiti of Homa Bay County should be minister for entertainment if NASA wins the upcoming elections.
Magwanga who is the current Kasipul MP believes that the Governor's dancing skills qualify him for the job.
"I want to tell Awiti not to worry once we trounce him come August 8. Baba (Raila Odinga) will create for him an entertainment docket so he can dance for investors. He is a well-known dancer," Magwanga told supporters as reported by The Star.
The aspiring gubernatorial candidate criticized Awiti's for mismanaging county resources and corruption.
According to Magwanga the county was given Sh23.4 billion from the national government and another Sh8 billion in revenue collection over the last five years but has nothing to show for it.
"We are the only county with a bedbug infested referral hospital where patients still share beds and sheets," he added.
