Fabian Kyule, the Member of Parliament representing Kangundo, has warned that unless the two levels of government, National, and County governments, implement a raft of mitigation measures, many Kenyans will grapple with starvation.According to him, many fathers in Ukambani will not have good harvests, a reality that should cause the government to swing into action and help them.''The government should move in very fast to help our farmers who have had to grapple with a dry season which greatly reduced their harvests. If something is not done, the situation will worsen and the country will be plunged into famine,'' he said yesterday in his Kangundo constituency. The Kangundo sub-county has been grappling with a dry season which has posed threats to its food security.
