Addressing supporters on Thursday, the MP said that Wavinya Ndeti will end problem facing locals if she is elected.

The Wiper lawmaker noted that the former Kathiani MP has the interests of the people at heart compared to the incumbent Dr Alfred Mutua.

Mule described Wavinya Ndeti as a hard worker and a no nonsense person who will transform the county’s socio-economic development agenda.

He said that Ndeti performed when she served as Youth Assistant Minister in the Coalition government.

 “Wavinya Ndeti is the person Machakos needs to achieve development goals and promote equal share of public resources among its citizen,” he said as quoted by the People Daily.

The MP criticized the incumbent governor, saying it he has been a letdown to Machakos people.

Mule said that governor Mutua promised to make the county an economic center but to date he has not fulfilled his pledges.

The Wiper governor said that locals will suffer is Mutua’s ends up being re-elected on August 8.

He said that Mutua’s interest is in the national politics and cannot be trusted to push for the county’s development agenda.

Wavinya Ndeti, former Chama Cha Uzalendo (CCU) party leader is eyeing Mutua on Wiper party.

The former Kathiani MP says that she is the best bet for Machakos people.

Governor Mutua has however dismissed Ndeti’s bid, saying that she is Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka’s project.

The governor is seeking re-election on Maendeleo Chap Chap (MCC) party.
