Traders in Suneka market will now get new business stalls.

This is according to Bonchari Member of parliament Oroo Oyioka who said that their was need of improving Suneka market.

 “I feel the pain traders are going through especially during this rainy season. Products such as tomatoes, fruits have been contaminated with floods in the market. I will ensure business stalls with sheds are constructed in the whole market for the traders to operate their businesses anytime,” said Oyioka.

The lawmaker said the traders will pay a fixed fee to get the free stalls and no one will be charged higher.

"Traders will pay a fixed amount of money monthly to operate from the stalls. No one will be overcharged,” he assured. 

He warned County revenue collectors against charging high tax from the poor traders.The legislator called on youths, women and disabled to venture into small businesses which will help them earn a living. 

“The economy will not grow if we will have several idlers in the village. Women, youth and disabled should venture into small businesses to boost their living standards,” he said.
