Emurua Dikirr lawmaker Johanna Ng'eno recorded a statement with the police, over claims that he called for the formation of a militia group.
According to the Star, Kilgoris DCIO David Njuguna said Ng'eno made the remarks on October 29, when he called on residents of Sachangwan to help him form the militia group.
"We had the MP come here and record a statement concerning his remarks at Sachangwan. He claims there is a group called Changina Youth Ambassadors causing disruptions in his meetings. We have to do investigations on the matter and that is why he has to record his statement with us," said Njuguna.
Ng'eno further called on the police to arrest Changina Youth Ambassador leader Victor Kiprotich.
This, he said would ensure peace in the Constituency.
