A Ford Kenya Party MP has said that Raila Odinga plans to vie for presidency in 2022.
West Mugirango MP Vincent Kemosi claimed that Raila who is the NASA leader has been frustrating other opposition leaders so that he can vie in 2022.
"Raila doesn’t want to retire from politics. The latest move by his ODM party to remove Moses Wetangula from the Senate Minority leader post clearly shows that he is planning to vie for presidency in 2022," he said.
He accused youthful politicians in ODM party for accepting to be 'mislead' by Raila, whom he insists should retire.
“It is shameful for youthful leaders like John Mbadi, Hassan Joho among others to continue supporting Raila who is old enough to retire from active politics.
"The young politicians should advise Raila to go home after he failed terribly during the 2017 presidential polls,” said Kemosi.
He called on the Gusii community leaders to ensure they don’t support a failure in the next elections.
