David Ochieng' who served as Ugenya's MP in the last parliament says that he was erroneously accused of plotting to murder Chris Msando who was IEBC's ICT manager.
He has cited the accusations as the lowest point of his checkered political career.
According to his narration, Christopher Karan who is now the MP for the constituency asked supporters to prevent Ochieng' from accessing Msando's home in Lifunda village on August 1 because he had a hand in the cold blood murder.
David Ochieng' said that ODM supporters in Ugenya engaged in a sustained campaign of intimidation against anyone who vied using another party.
He has already filed a petition against Karan's election and this accusations form a part of it.
According to the petition, Karan's election was conducted in utter violation and disregard of the constitution and laws governing the exercise.
