Tigania East MP Mpuru Aburi surprised many when he brought a renowned witch doctor at a political rally.
The former ODM MP brought in James Mugambi Barongo also known as Kaana ka Njoka with the sole purpose of cursing those opposing Senator Kiraitu Murungi gubernatorial bid.
When his turn to speak came, Kaana ka Njoka revealed his real mission.
"If you don't support Murungi and Kaana ka Njoka points at you, you are no more, everyone knows him and we are out to prove to you that we are not supporting Munya," said Aburi.
"When you see my pockets bulging its not money but powerful charms that I carry," said Barongo.
"Mpuru has convinced me to play as a defender in Kiraitu's bid and I can assure you that anyone who plays with him, I will spit on him and he will not survive," Barongo added.
However, Kiraitu disowned Kaana Ka Njoka terming his act as a not very serious matter.
"No serious man can stand before a crowd and confess to being a witch doctor. Aburi does not speak for us we do not approve of everything he says," said Kiraitu.
