Outa said that the teachers must be motivated after the hard work and emerging the best in Nyando sub-county posting a mean grade of 8.1.

He said the teachers will have a chance to bond and come up with a working formula to produce best results for this year’s KCPE results.

MP Outa said that the Staff will depart during the April holidays from 20th to 23rd April to share challenges and opportunities that can lead to good results.

“During the April Holidays, the Staff of Migingo Girls will travel to Tanzania to bond and come up with strategies on how best to push forward the mean grade of the school come the end of this year’s result,” confirmed Outa.

Speaking at the School when he joined the students and teachers to congratulate them for the good results, Outa said he is working on logistics to ensure teachers of Masogo Secondary School, which became number two in the sub-county, also join the team to Tanzania.

“For three consecutive years, the little Masogo Secondary School has produced good results and I want to combine them with Migingo Staff to go tour Tanzania as a way of boosting teachers morale,” revealed Outa.

Outa further said he has better plans for Migingo Girls that will see it positively transformed in terms of infrastructural development.

He announced that CDF will ensure that a dormitory under construction in the School is completed by next year and rusted iron sheets in the School replaced.

“CDF Kitty will advance Sh15 million in two phases for the completion of the School’s dormitory, but again in July this year I will organise a funds drive towards the modernisation of the School,” said Outa.
