Kapsaret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi has revealed that he will vie for Uasin Gishu gubernatorial seat in 2022.

He said he has what it takes to take over from the incumbent Governor Jackson Mandago."I want to declare here that come 2022 I will be vying for governorship position in this county and I urge residents to give me their support," he said in Eldoret town, Monday."With my experience as a Member of Parliament, I am confident that I am equal to the task and I will take the county to another level," he added. He, however, called upon President Uhuru Kenyatta not to tolerate opposition's sideshows and threats leading to insecurity."Mr. President, don't allow Raila (Odinga) to disrupt peace in this country," noted Sudi. "Just give me five minutes as the president to deal with this people," he said.
