A motion was on Wednesday filed before the National Assembly, seeking for the establishment of a Special kitty, that would see government allocate funds to be used in the aiding of refugees.
It also proposes the Country should ensure refugees are humanly repatriated back to their Countries.
The Bill sponsored by Ndhiwa Member of Parliament Agostino Neto also proposes for the formation of laws that will see refugees get employed anywhere in the Country, and run businesses like normal Kenyan citizens.
Kiminini MP Chris Wamalwa supported the Bill, saying children of refugees must get education to avoid depending on government relief when they grow up.
Some MPs however called for the Amendment of the Bill.
They said it may result to cases of conflicts, if refugees are given freedom like any other Kenyan.
Some called for international support in ensuring refugees are well taken care-of.
