North Mugirango MP Charles Geni says he is tired of burying people dying out of insecurity related cases from his constituency.
Geni has also urged the national government to deploy more security agents in areas thriving in business to avert further deaths of innocent locals.
He said his office has done much by constructing two police posts which he challenged the national government to make use of them by increasing surveillance.
“I am burying people dying out of insecurity on Fridays and this is becoming too much. My people deserve better security than what I am seeing. It’s time to bring these crimes to a halt,” said Geni in a telephone call.
The ODM MP added: “I build a police station at Magwagwa and Bokeira but it’s worrying that people are still dying. The government should equip those stations with enough security personal especially in business centres.”
The first term MP also urged locals to report suspects in time to the security agents for quick response.
