The lawmaker urged students studying in various universities and colleges ready for internship to visit his office to be guided on how they will benefit from the opportunities.

“Throughout my tenure I will ensure college and university graduates get internship opportunities to further their skills in the respective filed of study,” Oyioka said.

Oyioka stated that no money will be paid by the students in order to get the internship opportunities.

“No one should pay money in order to benefit because I will personally look for the opportunities and ensure all graduates who come to my office get help as required,” he added.

He warned CDF officials against demanding money from the graduates in order to secure the opportunities.

The legislator urged any student who will be asked to give bribe to report to authorities or his office for legal action to be taken.

Oyioka challenged local politicians to help him deliver quality services to the electorates of Bonchari.

At the same time, he accused former MP John Opore of ignoring Bonchari students during his tenure while allowing corruption and unfairness to thrive in CDF bursary allocation throughout the 15 years he served as the area MP.
