Kitutu Masaba Member of Parliament Timothy Bosire has been urged to extend the period for the CDF bursary applications to January 6.
According to a parliamentary hopeful Victor Swanya Ogeto, this will give the needy students more time to apply.
The application was set to be closed over the last weekend.
Addressing journalists on Monday , the aspirant said the CDF vehicle should also visit all parts of the constituency to announce when the CDF bursary application exercise will start and closed so that students can apply on time.
“Most of the constituents don't know when the application starts and closes. Let the CDF vehicles be used to traverse all parts of the constituency to notify all needy students on the procedure,” he said.
“Am urging area Mp to extend the application exercise of CDF bursary funds to January 6 to give students enough time to apply ,” added Swanya
