Outspoken Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire warned Kenyans against voting for ‘burden’ for another five years saying the country's economy could worsen, leading to its collapse.

Bosire, who is the ODM National Treasurer also urged Kenyan youths to rally behind Cord to vote out the Jubilee administration in the 2017 elections.

“Honestly, these people did not win an election and we have seen how naïve they are in terms of managing our economy. Thievery has gone high and I know all of you have heard of the NYS saga, Eurobond and many other scandals,” he said.

“Time has come for the youth to stand up for change and help us vote out this administration. If you risk voting them in, then be ready for another burden for five years. All Kenyans should rally against people who are committing economic crimes,” he added.

He said the opposition will traverse the entire country and to campaign against the government insisting that they will garner support even in the  Jubilee strongholds.

“The issue of the economy affects all Kenyans and I am sure they will score nothing from their strongholds,” said the lawmaker.

He made the remarks on Friday during campaigns in Nyacheki ward ahead of the October 26 by-election.
