The region overwhelmingly voted for the then Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (Cord) in 2013 a feat Mwingi Central MP Joe Mutambu said would be difficult to replicate.Speaking to Hot 96 FM on Wednesday, the renegade Wiper party rebel said that Jubilee had made successful forays into the region and would harvest more votes compared to the last election.Mutambu further expressed optimism that he would single-handedly deliver the region's votes to Jubilee adding that NASA's running mate Kalonzo Musyoka had since become moribund."The region has since shifted. In fact I am sure of delivering Ukambani votes to Jubilee single-handedly," he said.
