Fabian Kyule, Kangundo's Member of Parliament, has said that improving education is at the top of his agenda. The MP said he has an elaborate blueprint on how to do just that.He bemoaned the failure of students from his constituency to gain entry into universities, saying that the development signaled a serious problem which needed to be fixed with urgency.''I will involve all stakeholders to ensure that we are all moving in the same direction,'' MP Kyule said yesterday in Kangundo.
