North Mugirango MP Joash Nyamoko has said that he will not tolerate cartels to interfere with his work in the constituency throughout his tenure.
The Jubilee lawmaker stated that he is committed to develop the region be ensuring constituents have access to good roads, improved health care, tight security and employment for the local graduates youths.
“I will not work with cartels who are after enriching themselves as locals will be suffering in villages.
"Cartels with intentions that they will be favored to get tenders in the constituency should forget getting the tenders because the allocation of tenders will only be allocated to residents who are youths from the region,” he said.
He warned CDF officials against favoring their relatives in the allocation of tenders saying any official who will be found diverting projects to their relatives will be sacked and prosecuted.
“I expect my CDF team to maintain high levels of integrity throughout my tenure failure to which I will sack them and push police officers to arrest them to be prosecuted over corruption,” he added.
