North Mugirango MP Charles Geni wants area OCDP Joseph Mutendi transferred accusing him of failing to tame insecurity in the region."We can't have an OCPD who is not doing what he was assigned to do. He was not brought here to sit in office and reason with criminals," said Geni.He made the remarks Friday at Obwari village in Ekerenyo ward during the burial of a businessman who was shot dead two weeks ago by a gang of robbers.Police, acting on a tip-off from residents, arrested a suspect and recovered an AK47 which is believed to have been used in the businessman's murder.
