Mwala MP Vincent Musyoka has rubbished NASA leader’s Raila Odinga’s threat to swear himself in as president on December 12.

Musyoka says that Raila is out of his mind and that his actions  will cause  him  trouble.

Speaking to journalists in Nairobi on Tuesday, Musyoka said that the former Prime Minister (PM) is courting jail term and death if he goes on with his swearing in threat.

“Raila Odinga is losing it and its time he realized that he is now fighting a full government that has disposal to full authority and power,” he said.

Musyoka asked Raila allies to stop misadvising him adding that the former PM is losing his democratic principles he has been fighting for over the years.

The Mwala lawmaker said that the constitution recognizes Uhuru Kenyatta as the duly elected president.

Musyoka asked Raila to stop wasting his time fighting Jubilee government and instead offer his support to President Uhuru Kenyatta.

“Raila is going to have it rough if he continues intimidating, inciting and threatening the security of the country,” the Maendeleo Chap Chap (MCC) MP said. 

On Tuesday, Raila announced that he will be sworn in on December 12. 

The former PM maintains that he does not recognize President Kenyatta’s presidency and that he will be sworn in by the people’s assembly on Jamhuri day.

President Kenyatta was sworn-in on Tuesday for his second and final term.
