Four men who are said to be among a gang terrorizing  and stealing from Mpesa agents at Keumbu shopping center in Kisii County have been arrested.  

This comes after locals tipped the police officers from Keumbu police station who were on patrol this morning. 

Jack Matara, a police officer, said that the four suspects have been stealing from the agents after claiming that they have been sent by Safaricom to research on the Mpesa float. 

"The suspects whose names were not disclosed will be charged in court soon after investigations are over. Youths should engage in legal activities to avoid arrest and if not then officers will not hesitate to arrest and take criminals to court", he said.
