Members of Parliament who will attend President Uhuru Kenyatta's swearing in on Friday are set to be ferried to the venue by buses.
The lawmakers are expected at the venue from 7am.
A memo from National Assembly clerk Michael Sialai asked the MPs to be at Parliament before this time to park their cars.
They will then get into the buses and proceed to Moi International Sports Centre Kasarani.
The ceremony is set to begin at 10 am and end in the afternoon.
"The same [mode of] transport will be used to State House for the luncheon and thereafter to Parliament buildings where members will pick their individual transport," read the memo issued on Friday.
"Kindly note that individual vehicles will not have access to the venue. Sergeants at Arms and Parliament's protocol officers will be at hand to guide the members," they were told.
The MPs have also been asked to pick their invitation cards and accreditation badges from the Office of the President before close of business today.
