Msambweni MP Suleiman Dori and Matuga MP Kassim Tandaza have asked Kwale Governor Salim Mvurya to join them in campaigning for NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga. The lawmakers said Mvurya was the people's choice on August 8 polls but should work with the opposition in the repeat presidential elections slated for October 26."We will support Mvurya if he is ready to work with us,” said Dori.Tandaza said Kwale residents have no reason to vote for Jubilee arguing that the President Uhuru Kenyatta-led administration has not solved any problems in the county.“There is no way residents can vote for Jubilee yet people are suffering from problems which have not been solved by the Jubilee government.Governor Mvurya should join us to campaign for opposition or we will not support him in his leadership for the next five years,” said Tandaza.Governor Mvurya, a former ally to NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga, was elected on a Jubilee party ticket during the August 8 general elections.
