[Photo|SDE]'Kidalipo' hit-maker, Lucas Mkenda alias Mr Nice has expressed disappointment, following reports that he is HIV positive.The Tanzanian singer who rose to fame after releasing several tracks that were loved in East Africa, came clean over the rumour.Speaking during an interview at a Tanzania entertainment media, Mr Nice said he was not HIV positive, and further blamed his critics, on the rumour.He recently said persons peddling the reports were out to soil his name.“People who peddled those rumours were out to tarnish my name. I am not HIV positive," Mr Nice, said, as reported by Citizen Digital's edaily."If my mum was alive, she would have firmly defended me against such allegations. She would have urged people not to circulate the rumours," added the father of two.Rumours that Mr Nice was HIV positive, surfaced in 2013. He admits that he is more loved in Kenya, including his music, and accused his fellow Tanzanian singers of looking down on him.
