[standardmedia.co.ke]The slain Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) ICT boss Chris Msando has been mourned as a responsible father and sibling who took care of his family needs.Speaking at Consolata Shrines on Thursday during Msando's requiem mass, Pamela Msando, Chris's sister, talked of devastating moments the family has had to endure since Msando was brutally murdered and dumped in Karura forest.She narrated how Msando's 17-year old son who study in Australia is yet to come to terms with his father's death."I talked to Chris Msando's son Jacob on Tuesday, and he told me to ask you Kenyans this; why did you have to kill his father before he met him after so many years?" said Pamela."Chris sudden death has come as a great shock to our family. It has left us devastated and we are asking why did he have to die? To Kenyans, please stand with us. Let us bring justice to my brother. This country keeps on talking about peace, peace without justice. The two have to be together," she added.Pamela said that the family believes that Chris died because of his job."He died because of the work he was doing. If he was working at the National Aids Control Council, I will be having my brother with me. We are asking the government to tell us who killed Chris because it has the capacity and the capability to find the killers of my brother," Pamela said.
