Members of Parliament from western who decamped to Jubilee have accused Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi of leading them into the ruling coalition.
The lawmakers have now warned the former Deputy Premier to stop tainting their names for joining Jubilee.
Led by Mumias East lawmaker, Benjamin Washiali, the leader has warned Mudavadi to stop attempting to force them to ditch Jubilee.
" Mudavadi took us into a new marriage with Jubilee and we are comfortable. He should not ask us to change our nuptials to seek a new spouse," said Washiali.
Washiali further challenged Mudavadi to explain to the voters why he led them intro Jubilee only to change his mind later.
"Mudavadi should be explaining to the people who voted for him why he led us to Jubilee and left us there. Our working with Jubilee has led to Mumias receiving Sh3 billion since we joined forces," added Washiali.
The lawmaker further asked Mudavadi to apologize to the Luhya community for signing a MoU with Jubilee in 2013 and later failed to honour it.
He was speaking on behalf of MPs Bernard Shinali, Emmanuel Wangwe, Ayub Savula and Mallu Injendi.
