Moses Nandalwe an aspirant for Sirisia on Monday accused those opposed to Amani National Congress leader entry into an opposition alliance as Jubilee moles.

This comes after a section of CORD legislature accused Mudavadi of being a Jubilee mole after Mudavadi came with demands of being the CORD flag bearer ahead of the 2017 general election.

CORD has been in talks with KANU leader Gideon Moi, Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto, NARK leader Charity Ngilu, NARK Kenya's Martha Karua and ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi to form a super alliance that will unseat Uhuru Kenyatta from the presidency in 2017.

Nandalwe assured that Mudavadi is not looking to replace anyone in CORD but only wants a winning formula in 2017 elections.

“The entry of Mudavadi should be celebrated, not criticized, by those afraid of being displaced. The task at hand is uniting the opposition with the aim of defeating Jubilee, not creating suspicion among Cord co-principals,” he said.

He added that peace and unity are needed ahead of the 2017 election.
