[Photo/Nation]National Super Alliance (Nasa) principal and Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi has refuted claims that Chama Cha Mashinani party leader Isaac Ruto has abandoned the Nasa coalition.Ruto who is one of Nasa's principal and former Bomet governor has been missing in action since President Uhuru Kenyatta was declared the winner in the August 8 polls, however, the Supreme Court of Kenya has nullified his win.Speaking in Nairobi, Monday, Musalia said Ruto was firmly in Nasa."I want to assure you that we are in touch with governor Isaack Ruto. He has assured us that he is firmly on board on Nasa and what Nasa is pursuing. So we have no doubts that he is firmly with us," said Mudavadi.The ANC chief further noted Ruto will appear in public soon."I think he is handling a few issues but you will be seeing Isaac," he added.Ruto's absence in the opposition's meetings has raised a lot of questions among Nasa supporters with reports indicating he has joined Jubilee after Joyce Laboso beat him in the Bomet gubernatorial race.
