The NASA coalition founder and Amani National Congress party leader Musalia Mudavadi has clarified that the coalition is still intact despite misunderstanding among the coalition principals.
Addressing a congregation at a Sunday mass, Mudavadi said that even though it is very clear the coalition has shaken because of political reasons, there is no political party under the coalition that has withdrawn from the coalition.
“It has shaken, for that I cannot lie. The NASA coalition has seriously shaken because of various political reasons but until today, there is no political party that has said that it has withdrawn from NASA coalition, so NASA is still intact,” said Mudavadi.
He also added that all the political parties still abide by the coalition agreement and that they are working to solve the ups and downs in the coalition that the public has witnessed.
“There is no political party that that has pull out from the NASA’s coalition agreement. But ups and downs are there as you have seen and I cannot hide them but we are working to solve them,” added the ANC party leader.
Mudavadi has earlier declared that Opposition chief Raila Odinga is not the NASA leader after his truce with president Kenyatta.
