James Kioni, former ANC deputy leader, took a swipe at NASA leader, Musalia Mudavadi for allowing himself to be used by Raila Odinga.
He spoke in a panel discussion on A.M Live, a program on NTV moderated by Debarl Inea.
''I had a lot of respect for Musalia Mudavadi but I think he has lost his way,'' Kioni said.
Kioni rallied behind Musalia Mudavadi's presidential bid in 2013 which makes his blunt criticism all the more shocking.
In fact, he was Mudavadi's running mate.
In 2013, Kioni was trolled online for allegedly voting for Uhuru Kenyatta in spite of being Mudavadi's running mate.
In the panel discussion, he came out clearly and said that he was behind President Uhuru's agenda for the country.
