Amani National Congress Party Leader Musalia Mudavadi on Wednesday, October 5 accused Jubilee Party of stealing his party logo that he initially used in the previous general election
Mudavadi claimed that the logo was his idea even before he joined UDF and it symbolizes unity, alleging that Jubilee are using other party's strategies to win elections instead of using their own ideas.
''The logo is a symbol of unity and when I joined UDF, I proposed it. So it wasn't just UDF's logo.If they have swallowed UDF in their party that doesn't mean they do what they want without considering others,'' said Mudavadi
The presidential candidate also highlighted that Jubilee had tried to lure him to join them but as a result of his firm decision to stand on his own,it resulted to them using the logo to frustrate him. However he said that will not change his ideology of uniting kenyans to join NC.
''ANC is the original home for unity not the other fake unifying party. In fact that's just what they say but never accomplish. In 2013 they promised to unite Kenyans when they take power,so far they have created divisions all over in their leadership.I urge Kenyans not to be fooled with words of unity but to see action,'' said Mudavadi
