Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi has said all Cord principals were in support to craft a super alliance that will drive the Jubilee government out of office in 2017.
Mudavadi said he was optimistic the opposition would come together to form the next government.
"Raila supports the need and desire to have a united front and you can take this to the bank. Kalonzo and Wetangula are also for the same I can assure you," the former deputy Prime Minister told Citizen TV Live @9 on Tuesday.
Mudavadi, however, said although they have not had any discussions with Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka, plans were underway to meet and have a chat on the formation of the super alliance.
"Kalonzo has heard about NASA and when we were in Bomet, he heard me speak about it and when I was about to sit down, he shook my hands and told me I made a good point," the former Sabatia MP explained.
"We have not had any discussion with him but we agreed to follow it up over a cup of coffee to discuss more," he added.
