Nasa principal Musalia Mudavadi has admitted there is political turmoil in the coalition.

He said it is yet clear over who between the four principals, will be nominated the coalition's flag-bearer, hence the turmoil.

The Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader indicated each of them including Raila Odinga (ODM), Moses Wetangula (Ford Kenya) and Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper), were ready to be nominated flag bearer, and so they are 'eager' to know who amongst themselves, will be the chosen one.

He however said the turmoil would not cause them split.

Mudavadi maintained they would stick together, regardless of who would be nominated to battle it out with incumbent president Uhuru Kenyatta, in August 8 election.

"There's 'turmoil' in Nasa. There's turmoil and I can not dismiss this. There's turmoil because we do not know who among us will be the flag-bearer,'' he disclosed.

"But we will not part ways because of the turmoil. We will stay together until we get a flag-bearer who we will all support, to form Nasa government,'' he added.

The former deputy prime minister was speaking when he toured Kibuye and Kondele areas of Kisumu County, over the weekend.
